About

Built for the aspirant who does not know what to study next

Pak Job MCQs exists because preparing for a one-paper job test in Pakistan usually means collecting PDFs, joining groups, and hoping. We thought the problem deserved a proper tool.

Why we built this

Anyone who has prepared for an FPSC or PPSC paper knows the routine. You collect a folder of PDFs from WhatsApp groups, each one a few thousand MCQs in no particular order and with no explanations. You attempt a few hundred, feel productive, and have no idea afterwards whether you are closer to passing.

The gap was never the questions. There are plenty of questions. The gap was structure and feedback: no way to work on one topic at a time, no way to tell a real past-paper question from something typed last night, and no honest signal about where you actually stand.

So we built the thing that was missing. Every question sits inside a subject, a topic and a subtopic. Past-paper questions are tagged and kept separate. And after every session you get a score and a correction rate for each topic, so the next hour of study has an obvious destination.

Where we are today

The platform holds 66,000+ MCQs across eleven subjects, 100+ topics and 650+ subtopics, including 11,000+ questions drawn from real past papers. Current Affairs is live and is maintained as the news cycle moves. The same bank is used for FPSC/PPSC/NTS one-paper tests, CSS MPT and Punjab PMS General Knowledge. CSS MPT and PMS GKeach have their own guide. Law & Acts is still in preparation.

Everything is free while we are in beta. Not as a trial that quietly expires — genuinely free, with nothing locked. A paid Pro plan will come later and we will say so clearly before it does. You can read our current position on the pricing page.

How the content is maintained

Every question in the study app has a report option. When an aspirant flags a wrong answer, a typo or an outdated fact, it goes into a review queue and gets corrected in the bank. That loop is the main reason the content improves, and it is why we would rather have many people using the platform for free right now than a few people paying for something still being refined.

What we believe

Structure beats volume

A hundred thousand unsorted questions help nobody. The value is in knowing which question to attempt next, which is why everything here sits inside a subject, a topic and a subtopic.

Feedback has to be honest

A progress bar that only ever goes up is a comfort, not a tool. We show correction rates and weak topics plainly, even when the number is unflattering, because that is the number that changes behaviour.

Cost should not be the barrier

Most aspirants preparing for these papers are between jobs or supporting a family. Everything is free while we are in beta, and we intend to keep a genuinely useful free tier after that.

Build for the phone people actually own

No video, no heavy downloads, no assumption of fast internet. The platform is designed to work on an ordinary Android phone on ordinary mobile data.

Who runs it

Pak Job MCQs is an independent study platform based in Ichhra, Lahore, Pakistan. The study app lives at prep.pakjobmcqs.com.

We are independent and not affiliated with FPSC, PPSC, NTS or any government body or testing service. Always verify syllabus, eligibility and dates from the official advertisement.

Try it before you decide it is for you

Open a subject and attempt twenty questions. That is usually enough to know whether this is the tool you have been missing.
