1. Who we are
The service is operated under the brand name Pak Job MCQs, based in Ichhra, Lahore, Pakistan. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator of Pak Job MCQs, and “you” means the person using the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have the permission of a parent or guardian. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that it relates to you.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for all activity under your account.
- One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, rented or transferred.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used abusively, or is used to harm the platform or other users.
4. What the service is — and what it is not
Pak Job MCQs is an independent study and self-assessment platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Federal Public Service Commission, any Provincial Public Service Commission, the National Testing Service, or any other government body, commission or testing service. Names of exams and bodies are used only to describe what the material relates to.
We do not guarantee any exam result, score, selection or appointment. Preparation materials and evaluation metrics are study aids, not predictions. Always confirm syllabus, eligibility, pattern and dates from the official advertisement for the post you are applying to. See our Disclaimer for more.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, mirror or systematically extract questions, explanations or any other content from the platform.
- Republish, resell or redistribute our content, whether free or paid, in any medium including PDFs, apps, groups or channels.
- Use automated tools, scripts or bots to access the service, or attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure.
- Upload anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing on someone else’s rights.
- Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.
- Use the service in a way that breaks any applicable law.
6. Content and intellectual property
The platform, its design, software, question organisation, explanations, evaluation logic and branding are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation only.
Questions that originate from publicly conducted examinations are factual material in the public domain. Our compilation, organisation, tagging, one-liners, explanations and related context are our own work and are protected as such.

7. Accuracy of content
We work hard to keep questions and answers accurate, and we act on every error report we receive. Even so, a bank of this size will contain mistakes. Content is provided for study purposes and should not be treated as an authoritative statement of fact, law or official policy. Use the report option in the study app if you find something wrong.
8. Free access, and future paid plans
The service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in future. If we do, we will give notice before it takes effect, and paid plans will be governed by these terms together with any additional terms specific to them. Where a payment is taken, our Refund Policy applies.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, add or remove features, or change content at any time. We may also carry out maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties for hosting, messaging, authentication, analytics and payments, and links to external websites such as official commission pages. We are not responsible for third-party services or the content of external sites.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of opportunity, marks, selection, employment, data or profit arising out of your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or PKR 1,000, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe your use harms the platform or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
