Explanation

Surah An-Naml (The Ants) is the 27th Surah of the Quran, revealed in Makkah. It derives its name from the story of Prophet Sulaiman (A.S) and the valley of ants mentioned in verse 18, where an ant warns its colony to enter their dwellings to avoid being crushed by Sulaiman's army. The Surah also contains the stories of Prophet Musa (A.S), Prophet Saleh (A.S), and Prophet Lut (A.S), and includes the famous verse of Bismillah appearing twice — once at the beginning and once within the Surah (verse 30) in the letter of Sulaiman to the Queen of Sheba.

It is one of the Surahs that begin with the disjointed letters (Huroof-e-Muqatta'at) — "Ta-Seen." The Surah highlights the wisdom and kingdom of Prophet Sulaiman (A.S), his communication with the hoopoe bird, and his interaction with Bilqees, the Queen of Sheba, who eventually embraces Islam.
