Good to know

Imam Abu Hanifa (699–767 CE) was the founder of the Hanafi school of thought, the oldest and one of the most widely followed schools in Sunni Islam. Although he did not personally write many books, his teachings were preserved by his students, most notably in Kitab al-Athar. The Hanafi school is known for its emphasis on reasoning (ra'y) and analogy (qiyas) alongside the Quran and Hadith.
