Explanation

The title "Rooh-ul-Ameen" (The Trustworthy Spirit) is used in the Quran in Surah Ash-Shu'ara (26:193) to refer to Angel Jibril, who was entrusted with bringing divine revelation to the prophets. Angel Jibril is also known by other titles in the Quran including Rooh-ul-Qudus (The Holy Spirit) and is the chief of all angels responsible for conveying Allah's messages to His messengers.

Good to know

Angel Jibril holds a unique position among the four archangels in Islam. While Mikaeel is responsible for sustenance and rain, Israfeel will blow the trumpet on the Day of Judgment, and Izraeel is the angel of death. Jibril's primary role as the bearer of revelation is highlighted in the Quran, where he is described as "shadeed-ul-quwa" (mighty in power) and is said to have brought the Quran down upon the heart of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
