Which prophet is famously known as Sahibul hooth?

Explanation

The title "Sahibul Hooth" means "the Companion of the Fish" or "the Man of the Whale." It refers to Hazrat Younus (A.S), who was swallowed by a large fish (or whale) when he left his people in anger without Allah's permission. He remained inside the belly of the fish, repented sincerely, and was eventually delivered by Allah's mercy. This story is mentioned in the Quran in Surah Al-Anbiya and Surah As-Saffat.

Good to know

Hazrat Younus (A.S) is also known by two other titles: "Dhun-Nun" (the Man of the Fish) and "Sahibul Hooth" (the Companion of the Fish). He was sent as a prophet to the people of Nineveh (near modern-day Mosul, Iraq). His famous supplication from inside the belly of the fish — "La ilaha illa Anta, Subhanaka, inni kuntu minaz-zalimeen" — is recorded in Surah Al-Anbiya (21:87) and is considered a powerful dua for seeking Allah's help in distress.
