Explanation

Umm Habibah (R.A), whose original name was Ramlah bint Abi Sufyan, was one of the wives of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Her father, Abu Sufyan ibn Harb, was a leading chief of the Quraysh and initially a staunch opponent of Islam. Umm Habibah (R.A) accepted Islam early and migrated to Abyssinia with her first husband, who later apostatized. The Prophet (PBUH) sent a proposal to her while she was still in Abyssinia, and the Negus himself arranged the marriage. Abu Sufyan later accepted Islam around the time of the Conquest of Makkah.
